Tracking Your Orders:-
Tracking an order with Lala Jagdish is an extremely simple and a systematic procedure. An order confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail within 24 hours after your order was submitted for processing. This email will include the details of your order like the order number, the email address associated with the order etc. You will also be informed when, your order has been shipped with a package tracking number and other related instructions.

If an e-mail of confirmation does not reach you, please send us an e-mail or use the contact us (located at the top of the website), where the status of the order can be checked. We would request our customers to also check their spam folder, in case the confirmation was routed there. After receiving the tracking number, users can visit the carrier's website, in order to track their orders.

Special discounts can be availed on corporate and bulk orders. The amount of discount is dependent upon the the total amount of order.

"Continue Shopping" button can be clicked and after the shopping is complete, "Check Out" button is the option. In case you have a a coupon or gift certificate, enter the code in the box that can be found in the shopping cart. To ensure that the coupon is applied to the order, press the apply button.

Damaged Items
In case if you receive damaged or an item that you have not ordered, we request you to kindly report us the matter within 5 days of receiving your consignment in order to receive a refund. We only refund 50% for items reported after 5 days and do not refund any amount after 30 days.
